This is a Civil Defense message.

 This is a Flood and Water Damage message for Monday, December 5^th at 4:00 in the afternoon.

 Yesterday evening, the National Weather Service issued a Flood Advisory for North and South Kona Districts.  Localized flooding was reported occurring in North and South Kona areas causing damage.

 For residents and businesses that sustained flood and water damage caused by yesterday’s heavy rains, Civil Defense is requesting you to call and report damages.
